Asymmetric wrap-and-tie high waisted skirt in navy, white and yellow check wool blend jersey. Soft waistband extends into a wrap-around self fabric tie belt. One side is draped into a loose fitting pant leg. Deep folds and inverted pleats create volume around the piece. Slanted welt side pockets are finished with metal mini studs. Hi-lo cut hem.
