Ordering – delivery – returns & exchange
Shopping in our online store
- Place the items you desire in the cart.
- The items will appear in the cart located on top right corner of the site.
- Finalise your order from from the cart by clicking "proceed to checkout". Please make sure the items and sizes are the way you wanted.
- Fill in the required information and confirm your order.
- Once the order is confirmed follow the payment instructions.
We cannot guarantee our pictures to display color, proportion and detail with 100% accuracy.
You can choose a shipping method on the checkout page. Orders are sent via Posti in Finland
- Posti Economy, 10 € (pickup at your nearest Posti office)
You can also pick up your order at asuna, Fredrikinkatu 24, Helsinki
To other countries:
At this moment we ship within EU only and all these international orders are shipped by Posti.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a size or merchandise exchange, refund or credit for future purchases.
Security tag: The major of our items have green security tag attached. The items can be return ONLY if this security tag is attached. Please don't move the tag before trying the item and deciding to keep it.
Original package and labels: The product must be return in their original package. Don't dispose any original packaging before trying the item and deciding to keep it. All the labels have to be included as well.
Do not ship items back without a Return Authorisation Number.
Steps to follow in case of returning an item(s):
- Email us to inform you want to make return. Your e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) should include your personal information and details of the item(s) you want to return or a copy of the original Order Confirmation.
- After receiving your email, we will send you a Return Authorisation Number with details on how to ship the item back to us.
From Finland to asuna:
You can return an item inside Finland within 14 days for free.
From other EU countries to asuna:
Outside Finland (other EU countries) the shipping fee of return is at your expense and shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping costs for your order as well as the returns shipping costs. However, we will refund delivery costs if the product we have sent to you is incorrect or faulty. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of the shipping for the new item to you.

Once we have received the item, checked its condition and approved it to be returned, we will either replace the item to another for free or give you a refund. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used to purchase the product or to your bank account.
Please note the card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can van greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
